Don't go here as a foreigner unless you want to be scammed by rude staff. Sushi was mid (as expected) but was the best thing about this Kura Sushi branch.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. We received wrong orders multiple times, which we tried explaining to staff after calling them and waiting for them to show up (which took a surprisingly long time considering almost everything is done automatically here). Explained the situation in Japanese, staff pretended not to understand and called for English help, which took even more time. Eventually a non-Japanese member of staff spoke to us in English and assured us our correct order would be arriving soon. We then received another wrong item, at which point we gave up.
After finishing our food and requesting the bill via tablet, staff was called automatically. They then proceeded to quickly push buttons on the ordering tablet without letting us see and sent us away. At the cash register, we noted that there were multiple items on the bill we did not order and that the total quantity of items was much higher than what we actually consumed.
All menu items here are also more expensive than at other Kura...

Still the look and feel is the same. We ordered our staples like salmon, fatty tuna, scallops, mackarel and chicken pops for our little one since he doesn't find raw food appealing yet. Portion size is about the same with the other branches. We ordered something new as well such as Natto and Conger eel. The Natto wasn't bad but wasn't good either. I feel it's an acquired taste. The conger eel was good but a bit dry for my taste. My favorites are still the fatty tuna and salmon. To be honest, there are other restaurants that offer fresher and yummier food specially the omakase restaurants, but they are generally more expensive and some even don't have kids menu. Kura Sushi offers good enough food with the novelty of having them delivered to you by train... And that's what we (+...

The man immediately noted that there were no numbers on the screen and walked through the restaurant looking for a table. He then approached the staff and complained. The staff went and cleaned a table for them while we sat and watched. After seating these incredibly entitled and arrogant people, I approached the staff who told me the wait is 30 minutes. I pointed out that our number was before this other family at which point the staff was apologetic. We waited another 10 minutes though. Really disappointing. The tablet at the table kept warning that the battery was almost dead. Some of the plates on the belt did not have buttons on them and were difficult to open. Food was standard Kura. Not our first visit to Kura but the first time at this branch. It was...
