please be patient and not a jerk PLEASE have a reservation or look up how to enter before you go. Do not just stop in the lines.

Lines are long, and initially disorganized. People shoved me and my wife trying to get to the front of the first line just to stand with us the rest of the time. So note, the tourists here will probably not be kind like most Japanese. Please be patient and kind to the people around you. We’re all here to have a good time.

The views are phenomenal, but some of the best spots to view have bright lights behind them preventing you from seeing through the glass.

Tons of shops and food options as soon as you leave the tower, so be sure to check those out!

If you are claustrophobic, or obviously scared of heights, this is not for you. The elevators will be packed super tight with people, and you are wwaaaaay up there!

Rubbish! The queues are hours long for everything (the tickets, the security, the lift up, the toilets, the cafe, the escalators, the shop, the glass floor, the tickets for next level, the lift for next level, the lifts down...) and we went on a good day with perfect weather and no "wind delays"! Actually, the whole thing was completely unacceptable and in-contrast to the usually super-efficient Japanese way of doing things. I would not recommend it to anyone. It's just no worth it. You have to literally elbow your way to a window to get a good view, and don't expect any refreshments, loos or sitting area (which you will need after the eternity of queuing). You will spend at least 3 hours queuing on your visit and if you're lucky only 2 and half will be spent with a Japanese loud speaker in your ear. Can't believe it cost so much for...

The lines are long, but the wait is worth it, and the elevators are fast and efficient and hold a lot of people. Compared to most tower visits, the levels have enough space and climbs and views for you to get your money's worth (though it is not cheap). The view is breathtaking, with a perspective from the east that you won't find from any of the towers or skyscrapers in midtown or the west.

The service is divided into two tiers, with those opting to spend more money can have a higher and better view (with a unique sloping circumference walk), as well as an option for fine dining for those with the money or a simple cafe or snacks for those...
