No trip to Japan is complete without eating steak. This time though we tried a steak house with American vibes. You can see the western touch all around you from leather couches to salad bar to food choices inside the menu. We had vouchers so we got the unlimited salad and pastries and several main dishes. I ordered rib eye steak and my wife ordered a type of salmon dish. My steak was cooked to my liking - medium rare. Portion was average, maybe similar to what I'm used to in the Philippines. Surprisingly, the taste also reminded me of the steaks in the Philippines. It was still good and tender but not Wagyu level tender. Although salad bar variety is less it still is pretty good offerings. Love the nacho, guacomole and cheese sauce and who doesn’t love the cheese bread from sizzlers?

The buffet breakfast had a huge variety that doesn't differ much day to day but ensured plenty of options from traditional Japanese to more western options. I couldn't resist making my own waffles (the timing is set at 1m30s but I would recommend doubling it for a slightly more crispy waffle).
The in-room dining options were also really good! My tip if you're here for breakfast is to come early and snag a window seat so you can train watch as you...
