As a Canadian from the pacific north west trying out a lobster roll (which we don’t have that much of) I’ll give it 2/5 stars. It’s smaller than the pictures online but the meat quality is not bad. Just the bun was small but at least buttered. As for the lobster itself, it is very very cold, was expecting to be warmed up at the minimum or not as frozen cold as it should be. The other problem with the lobster is that it tasted bland. There was no sauce or mayonnaise included, which is surprising because in North America, it’s usually mayonnaise with celery bits mixed in. It only nothing to add to the taste. For a brand from the US, very disappointing. It is expensive for Japanese standards due to their wage but fair for North American pricing. The amount is right but the execution just isn’t there. I was very skeptical about this place in Japan because everyone commented on the flavour profile on Google reviews and I wish I had listened. I hope the owners or someone does something with the flavouring of their lobster roll because it’s a shame it only got 4 stars, I...

Personally, I’d prefer the lobster to be warm. I didn’t deduct from the rating for this much because the description clearly stated that the lobster was chilled. But I just think the experience would be even better with warm bun and warm lobster, too.
When going to a restaurant, I believe it is a fair expectation that an entree should be filling. Sizes and prices should be set so that an entree is a satisfying meal. I often eat at Michelin restaurants, and I don’t need to wonder if I will be filling even if I order a cheaper course at that kind of restaurant, for example. But here, I was perhaps 50-60% full after the lobster roll. I think sizes and prices should be revised or customers should be alerted about the size.
As a final caution for customers, the drink set was an extra ¥400 for a fairly small beverage. If the weather is nice, I’d recommend just buying the same drink for ¥130 at a nearby convenience store and enjoying your roll and drink at the...

Such a craving even though it isn’t cheap but every bite of the buttered and seasoned lobster makes it so fulfilling 🌟
Along with fries and a ginger ale to go along, it makes a good fast meal. There’s a small number of outside and inside seats. Not exactly comfortable, but it works for a quick bite. The exterior seats also gives you a great view for some photos.
The lobster roll comes in different sizes, I ordered a regular which was enough for a late afternoon bite before dinner in-between shoppings. They also serve crab and shrimp rolls, which I’ve had last time. However, I still feel the lobster roll is the best. If you’ll like a taste of more than one flavour, you can also order a half n half or a trio 🦐
If you’re on the hungrier side, they also do grilled sandwiches. 🥪 Which I’ve never tried before, but do let me know how they’re like if...
