Located on the second floor of a nondescript building in Tsukiji, Maison Michel fully embraces its French bistro influence in its decor, cuisine, and wine selection. The restaurant seats just under 20 patrons, and the service is fantastic.
The chef's degustation menu, priced at JPY 9800, includes an amuse-bouche, cold appetizer, warm appetizer, a fish dish, a meat dish, dessert, and coffee/tea. Wine pairings are available: three wines for JPY 3700 or five wines for JPY 5400. The sommelier's wine selection is notably non-traditional French; instead of Bordeaux or Burgundy, they offer robust red blends and lesser-known white wines like Viognier. This selection is fun, unique, inspired, and, most importantly, flavorful and delicious.
To summarize the dishes (photos of every dish, the menu, and some wines have been uploaded), each one shines with French culinary influences utilizing Japanese ingredients. Every meal is prepared with the exactitude of haute cuisine but delivers the warmth of a home-cooked meal.

結論、お店の雰囲気も良く(ヒツジがたくさんいました!)、コスパも良く、とても美味しかったのでオススメします!!
ランチのコースを頼んだのですが、乾杯のでドリンクが付いて、前菜とメイン料理とデザートが選べるコースで、メニューもその日ある食材で5種類ずつ位選択が出来て迷います。
メインのお肉もカルパッチョももちろん間違いなく美味しかったのですが、アミューズで一番最初に提供された紫芋と海鮮ジュレ乗せのプディングや前菜とメインの間で提供された蟹の…和食でいう茶碗蒸しのようなココットの様なのが、それぞれ雲丹のような風味が口いっぱいに広がったのと、蟹の風味が濃厚で蟹の身も贅沢に入っててとっても美味しかったです♪
あまり普段お酒を飲まない派なので詳しくは無いのですが、ワインセラーの中にたくさんのワインがあったので、ワインに詳しい方もきっとご満足出来るかと思いました。
