This restaurant was definitely something from start to finish. In the beginning we walked up to an empty restaurant, but were told that you can only dine with a reservation. We ended up waiting 30 minutes and when we came in only one table had been filled since before. We were told we are not allowed to share and each person had to order one item. Really enjoyed the shaved ice! The strawberry one had macerated strawberries in the strawberry sauce, and it went so well with the condense milk - it was heavenly. The coffee red bean one was a new experience - the paste had the red bean texture and the coffee bitterness, which was a great combination with the cream. The place was nice and cozy. There weren't many seats and it seemed like they mainly take in customers on a reservation basis. I have visited this place a few times. Their kakigori is excellent and still relatively inexpensive, especially compared to other places. I highly recommend trying their peanut kakigori or coffee kakigori (available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays). Another great aspect of this place is that they accept reservations.
