【魚介出汁とトロトロ角煮】 西新宿駅からすぐのお店へ初来訪。 魚介角煮つけ麺とビールをいただきました。 魚介豚骨のつけ出汁は臭みなく、案外さっぱりいけるお味。太麺によく絡みスルスルっといけました。 角煮がすごい。トロトロなのにあれだけ綺麗に盛られているのが不思議です。150〜200gはあるんじゃないかしら。 麺はサクッといけましたが、角煮で胃袋をガツンとイカれてしまいました汗。 中盛にしといてよかったです。 ごちそうさまでした。

[Seafood Broth and Simmered Fatty Pork Belly] This is our first visit to a restaurant right next to Nishi-shinjuku station. I had seafood kakuni tsukemen and beer. The dipping broth of seafood and pork bones does not smell and has a surprisingly refreshing taste. It mixes well with thick noodles and is very delicious. Kakuni is amazing. It is strange that it is served so beautifully even though it is thick. I think there are 150 to 200g. The noodles were crispy, but my stomach was completely destroyed by Kakuni. Biggest disappointment of the century!! Eggs and meat are too salty, soup is not warm enough, noodle is over cooked. We went there just because Jiro was closed. Never ever go back...
