The unassuming entrance to the place is but one door fronting the street. And once you open the door, ypu are led down the stairs to a basement that opens to the restaurant with a long counter and a few private rooms.
We had the lunch course here which lasted for around 1.5 hours. Everything was in small quantities, and everything had a seafood item in it. Each was meticulously presented, with only one dish brought out being explained thoroughly each time. Most of the food were generally tasty and the use of some more uncommon species of everyday vegetables was actually quite intriguing.
The only odd thing I felt which prevented me from giving 5 stars was that when I had asked for a simple glass of water, which isnโt anything out of the ordinary even for expensive places, I was asked to order something from the menu.
