An Unexpected and Amazing Dining Experience in Tokyo
On my last night in Tokyo, I had one of the best dining experiences I could have hoped for. Every single dish we tried was seriously good — no joke. The thick-cut bacon was incredible and honestly made Peter Luger’s bacon seem average. The salad was super fresh, and the portion was really generous too.
We ordered the 250g pork loin, and it was made to order — perfectly cooked and delicious, all at a very decent price. We sat at the bar, which was a lot of fun because we got to watch the chefs prepare all the dishes. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing, especially the mushroom salad and the steaks.

We went for lunch, which is fantastic value when one is craving for good quality meat. The iberico pork was incredibly tender, though the inside was only lukewarm (i suspect they pre-cook it and flame-grill it just before serving?) but was still delicious!
Late lunch was not busy so the interior was bright and airy; it felt comfortable during those "covid 19 time". Hence, the service was very quick.
