NORTH VILLAGE 新宿1号店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

The owner wasn’t as welcoming in terms of his tone towards welcoming me into the cafe. They had restrictions on hours of operation I guess and only gave me one hour of Shisha when the shisha itself is worth about two hours time. Yet, there were people still coming in to do Shisha especially the glass Shisha that the other review mentioned. So they were supposed to close at 8pm(20:00) but apparently they were still open for Japanese people so not really foreigner friendly of a place to me. I will go to another Shisha place more welcoming and chill. The Marco Polo tea was really good because I drink the tea at home so the tea gets the Two stars to me that’s it. I review places by starting them off by 5 stars and deduct stars if the experience starts to be not so great. So the stars are gone once I was rushed out at 8pm (20:00) when I came in at 7pm (19:00) and waiving the phone with the time in my face was very rude. Absolutely terrible. Service was absolute trash, was told most of flavors are unavailable unless I ordered the glass shisha. The clouds here were very thin and flavors lasted barely an hour. Definitely NOT WORTH visiting as there are many other better shisha bars...

I visited north village Shinjuku every day when I was in Tokyo recently The staff were very welcoming and friendly Natsu and tono always make a great shisha I would highly recommend coming here while staying in Shinjuku I will definitely be coming back next time...
