Piccole Lampare & Sky bar — Restaurant in Tokyo

Awful service. I went to this bar with my English speaking friends and we’ve got an English menu first, but it had only 4 pages for drinks and food so I asked waitress to give us a Japanese menu as well if it had more options for drinks and food. Then, waitress said “Sure, but you can keep only Japanese menu OR English menu .” I was already disgusted at this point because there was no other English speaking people around us at that moment and it didn’t make any sense that they force us to choose only one language. In addition, Japanese menu had more than twice as many menu as an English menu, it’s not acceptable that English speakers have only half of options because of the language. After cueing some minutes to order inside the "Beer fest" at Sky tree, we were told they weren't serving any food anymore (even getting noticed by the staff that we were cueing after 10 mins) we decided to go somewhere else and we saw this rooftop bar. The food and the service were excellent!! And it was better than the other place because even sitting outside, we had air conditioning. I'd give it 5 stars if they served pizzas, since that's what we were looking for. Anyway...

We had wagyu and chicken steaks (2 meals). I thought booth are basics. You can not do anything wrong on wagyu or chicken... Boahhh! The wagyu was full of yearn, the chicken breast was full of cartilage. Even the french fries with meat sauce are boring and uninspired. To make it more complete: the waitress was a challenge to understand. She was heavily mumbling (but good in English, very rare in Japan). The roof top war was closed...
