I don't know much about the burger war scene in Japan but I feel my first stop here at Kua Aina is a good start. Located at the ground floor, you can access them either from inside Solamachi mall or from outside the mall. Ordered the chunky Colby jack burger as recommended by their server. Also what's nice here is you get to choose the bun, I chose Brioche which is softer than the Kaiser roll option. It arrived open faced as if showing off its cheesy patty and veggies. I slapped all of them together and it looked so good. Veggies were indeed fresh and the bun was indeed soft as well. The patty in my opinion needed a bit more salt. But when I started eating the fries, its saltiness somehow balanced out. The ginger ale was also a perfect match. If you happen to be in this area and craving for a burger, go give them a try.

Loved the burger here, really tasty and lots of variety and selection. Although i must add that the service that day wasn't very good. I waited for about HALF AN HOUR for the order to arrive. The customer that came after me even got their order before I did. If I did not ask to follow up with my order, it would not even came. When the order came, it was even the wrong order they gave. All because of THAT, I was not able to make it to my appointment. I was so dissatisfied and frustrated that I had to cancel the order because of the time consuming it took for them to process it, and for them to do the re-order .
