Came here with a group of 5. We ordered a garlic pizza and a margarita. The server was pretty rude which I think it’s acceptable as long as the food and drinks are good and on time! We all are foreigners but speak Japanese so, I don’t understand why she was rude :( We ordered the two pizzas and the first one to arrive was the garlic one. We waited another 30-45 minutes and the margarita pizza never arrived, so we thought the server forgot. We ordered the check and they told us they were “making it right now” so we just waited for it. I just have to say, three of us work also as servers in Japan, with tough shifts and at night but we’re never ever rude to the customers. Anyways maybe the waitress was just having a bad day but we behaved well. Wish yall good things but improve your service my dudes

Great place for a casual dinner with drinks in a comfortable bar/restaurant setting in a quaint part of town. Me and my partner went in for a late dinner and were amazed by the excellent service, good food, and comfortable atmosphere. Not to mention the affordable prices. Our server was sweet and very helpful despite not knowing English. She was happy to use translation tools to get us through the exchange. We ordered their fries and both got a pizza. All of which was and very good. We also both enjoyed some plum wine which was very reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Japan.

After finishing the rest of dishes, my friend quietly asked in Japanese out of politeness, but the waiter had a REALLY bad attitude, saying that it was normal. We didn’t hear any word of apology. I feel SO SORRY for this TERRIBLE experience.

WORST experience in Japan. The pizza was obviously burnt. My friend and I tasted a slice and had a bitter taste. After eating it, we didn’t feel well, so we put it aside. After finishing the rest of dishes, my friend quietly asked in Japanese out of politeness, but the waiter had a REALLY bad attitude, saying that it was normal. We didn’t hear any word of apology. I feel SO SORRY for this TERRIBLE experience.
