This ramen shop serves Salt & Ginger flavoured soup. Ginger taste is fresh and little spicy while you eating. But it is not spicy like a spice cake or ginger snaps.

It’s simple, well organized, everything is cooked fresh in front of you, and the chef’s systematic approach leads to a perfectly curated bowl of ramen every single time. I specially enjoyed the ambient: it’s quiet and very comforting. If you are looking for a place to rest your nervous system and enjoy something delicious, this is it :) Ps: Its a calm and quiet ambient where you can hear the splash of the ramen being washed in fronting you, the crush of the ingredients being layered on top of each other… a much welcomed change.
