Lovely American 🇺🇸 diner with makes and French toast 😙

Came for the lunch set 12-4pm on weekdays (free drink included)

Been coming here as a local almost a decade ✌️

love their pancakes with eggs and bacon (actual American style not that ham crap) or pancakes with strawberries 🍓 and bananas

These pancakes are NOT sweet. They are a big salty/sour but they go well with the syrup. This might be the only place I’ve seen in Japan that has these authentic American style pancakes

They also are good French toast for what they are. Maybe order them as a side to share.

Used to come often before and during corona but they’ve increased their prices quite a bit. Now with this lunch set it makes the prices much more reasonable.

Their sister location in shinjuku closed and this one has really reduced hours so hope...

I booked the place in advance for my son’s birthday. The staff suggested on the phone that they’ll surprise with a pancake with his name on it. Even took his name for it.

When we arrived the place smelled bad. As if it wasn’t cleaned for a while.

Then the biggest disappointment was the food. None of it was tasty. We ordered 5 different dishes. Mac and cheese - too salty Pancakes- tasteless Sausages in different kinds - didn’t finish because of a very strong taste and was very salty too

Not his fault but the waiter spilled a full glass of water on our kids..he did apologize a lot.

And eventually we got the bill without the promised surprise. I had to remind the staff. When it took them too long, we already had to leave without getting the birthday surprise.

Ordered the lamb burger with fries and mandatory drink. The burger was a bit dry, had barely any real lamb flavour and if you don't order extras ingredients, as I should have, you end up with 2 buns, the actual burger and a fairly bland sauce with a few tiny pieces of onion thrown in for good measure. Slightly north of ¥2000 seems excessive for a burger this size and quality. The beer was around ¥1500 and didn't really live up to its L size, as indicated on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful and the vibe was nice if that's important to you but overall it was an overpriced and underwhelming experience. Evidently, it's popular with foreigners and lgbt friendly so if you're looking for a taste of back home this might be right...
