Down some stairs off the street into a cozy basement coffeehouse. It has a calming vibe, somewhat traditional Japanese interior, really lovely. They serve meticulously prepared drip or cold brew coffee, single origin with the source depending on what their buyer felt was best. The aroma, flavourful taste with a sharp edge and the temperature… almost perfect. Probably, the tastiest cup of coffee I had in years. Also, their pot service is enough for 2 cups which makes this café somewhat even reasonable in the heart of Ginza.
