Me and my family had been waiting to get in to the restaurant with one group in front of us. When they were let in, we were next in line, but the staff ignored us for 20-30 minutes with no idication of the shop closing. If they had told us they accepted the last table when letting the people in front of us in it would have been fine, but they made us stand there only to tell us that it's closing. (The closing time was two hours later) I understand that they might've been understaffed, and I can understand that they couldn't spare a minute to tell us beforehand. We ate lunch here with our 3 kids ages 8, 10, and 12 and we all loved it! The staff was helpful and food was delicious. Food came out quickly. But I want to sing praises for Faheem, who helped us use our last few yen from each of our 5 Welcome Suica cards and then we paid the remaining balance on our credit card. He helped a Japanese speaking employee do it and she had to find out how much was on each card and run that specific amount and then charge the balance to my credit card.
