I received a great service when I visited with my friend last month. The main/senior server was very friendly and I was really happy with the service that’s why I recommended my family to try when we visited Japan. I would give them 5/5 stars. But unfortunately we were treated differently today. We wanted a personal serving of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki just like what I ate previously but we were not allowed to choose different menu without explanation. Server just said no cannot. "Everything, absolutely everything, was wonderful. First and foremost, I'd like to extend my endless respect to the staff. Their thoughtfulness, communication, and kindness were the best I've ever experienced. As for the food, we ordered shabu-shabu with udon. Wagyu is legendary meat, and it was served perfectly here. You cook and serve it yourself, adjusting it to your taste, but for this meat, just a quick touch of heat is enough. It was incredibly delicious. The restaurant's view is very enjoyable; after all, what more could you ask for on the 12th floor? The prices are those of a normal menu. This is definitely a place I can recommend. We came here in February. I wrote this review late because we were scared of extra charge for my credit card.

The old receptionist guy was very rude. He shouted and yelled at us when we went in and then ordered food in English. We didn’t know Japanese and thought this restaurant was tourist friendly. We were afraid and didn’t know what to do so we stayed.

The waitress that served us was kind. The food was so-so but very expensive. We spent over 10000+ yen per person. Not worth it.
