We had to wait a long time even though there were free tables and there was even a customer sleeping at a 4-5 person table (they were two). There was a line all the way down and outside and the place is on the second floor. Everybody had to order something to eat even though the portions are so large they could be shared among 2-3 people. We were told we couldn’t share. When we ordered they had a lot of sold out stuff on display in the cooler so only some of us decided to order in the end which was really frustrating as we had to wait forty minutes. The matcha choco bingsu and pancake were good—not mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable. They have infused water available via self-service, which was a nice touch, and there’s a single toilet inside for convenience.
