Whilst visiting Japan for the first time I knew I wanted to have an omakase style dinner. I chose this restaurant because it’s highly rated, and also, the location was convenient for me.

I have never had sushi of this caliber before so I can’t make any comparison. What I will say is that this exceeded my expectations.

The place is warm and relaxing. It feels intimate and cozy, putting you at ease right away (even if you’re a little nervous about etiquette).

The chef was wonderful! It was a joy to watch him work. On one hand, it looked effortless. On the other hand, his skill was evidence of great training and many years of experience. He was friendly and explained each item and answered any questions I had.

Every single thing I tried was a delight. Each portion, perfect. Perfectly balanced flavors presented at a perfect temperature. I didn’t take a lot of photos because I was in the moment savoring each bite. But I’ll share a couple here. It was as beautiful for the eyes as for the tongue.

This was a GREAT experience....

I didn’t expect it to be this amazing! I’ve been to other omakase restaurants before, but this one is hands down my favorite so far. Initially, I was a bit skeptical because it had a 4.9 rating on Google Maps—can it really be that good? It’s rare to see such a high score in Japan. I was also unsure if I’d get an authentic Japanese omakase experience since the restaurant is located in the Hilton Tokyo. However, I was completely wrong.

The food and service were absolutely incredible. You know that feeling when you taste something so good that it makes you say, “Wow”? That happened to me three times during the meal! On top of that, talking with Chef Horii, who prepared and served my dishes, added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I made the reservation and gave this place a try. If you’re in Tokyo, make sure to visit—you won’t regret it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it soon becomes so popular that you’ll need to book...

This place completely blew me away. From the moment I sat down, the chef was incredibly welcoming.

The food itself was on another level. Every piece of fish was amazingly fresh, and the variety on the menu is honestly insane. It’s not just the usual cuts—you can really taste their creativity and passion in every bite. I have been to several other sushi restaurants around ginza and azabu, but this the cost performance of this place is on a different level.

What makes it even crazier is the value. The quality, the quantity, and the nonstop flow of dishes for the price you’re paying. There were no long pauses, just an endless stream of perfectly crafted sushi and variety of well served seafoods.

If you love sushi, this is a spot that balances warmth, freshness, diversity, and value in a way that’s really rare. Can’t...
