【私の好みではありませんでした】 【お酢の強い寿司が好きな人には向いているのかもしれません】 ディナー、おまかせ 24,300円という値段も踏まえて、辛口ではありますが率直に思ったことを書かせて頂きます。
●雰囲気 (不運にも)常連さん?と思われる方とその連れの4人組と被ってしまい、お世辞にも良い雰囲気とは言えませんでした。常連さんの声が非常に大きく、寿司とはこうあるべきだ、この寿司はこうだと、典型的なグルメ話を声高らかに聞かされながら食事をするのは、私には心地の良い時間ではありませんでした。また、大将が握るネタの真ん前で、その常連さんが大声・しかも食べながら話されていたのは、全く良い気持ちはしませんでした。途中までは寿司の説明があったのですが、途中から私には説明が一切無くなりました。
お店自体は綺麗でこじんまりとしており、今回のケースが偶々で、仕方ない部分も多いとは思いますが、、、 一刻でもお店を早く出たい気持ちにお寿司屋さんで初めてなりました。
●味 (上記の雰囲気も大きく味に影響したと思われますが) 私がそもそも味音痴かもしれませんが、お酢が強すぎて私の好みには合いませんでした。穴子は美味しかったですが、つまみも、寿司も値段を考えると特に大感動という形ではありませんでした。
普段ネガティブなレビューをあえてはしませんが、他の方の評価が総じて高かったので、敢えて評価させて頂きます。 店員さんは優しくて礼儀正しい方だと感じました。お酢の強い寿司が好きな人には向いているのかもしれません。

(Unfortunately) The atmosphere was not very pleasant, as I was surrounded by a group of four people, including a person who seemed to be a regular of this restaurant. The regulars' voices were very loud, and it was not a comfortable time for me to eat while listening to his typical gourmet stories about how sushi should be made and how great this or that sushi is. I also did not feel good about the fact that the patron was talking loudly and while eating right in front of the sushi being prepared by the owner. At first the owner explained sushi, but from the middle of the meal, there was no explanation at all.
The restaurant itself is clean and cozy, and I know that this was an accidental situation, and there are a lot of things that can't be helped, but this was THE first time I wanted to leave a sushi restaurant as soon as possible.
「Taste」 (The atmosphere mentioned above may have had a big influence on the taste.) I may be a bit of a tastophobic to begin with, but the vinegar was too strong for my liking. The conger eel was delicious, but neither the snacks nor the sushi were particularly impressive considering the price.

A blend between japanese plates and sushi in a omakase style ( chef decides) and all plates were amazing ! The price is also high end but it’s definitely worth it !! The counter only has 7 seating so perfect for a group of friends. One master and one assistant taking care of you and explaining to you all dishes in japanese. They do not speak English as far as I know but the master is very easy going so I am sure you would be able to communicate!
Master comes from a family of chefs in Hokkaido, north of Japan.
Truly recommend for REAL sushi lover !!
P.S. I believe you can bring your own bottle too...
