A Must-Try Experience at Toyosu Market: The Finest Bluefin Tuna

This was hands down the best tuna experience I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of tasting Akami, Chutoro, Otoro, and Gunkan — each bite was a masterclass in flavor and texture.

This restaurant is likely the busiest spot in the entire Toyosu Market, and for good reason. We arrived at 6:15 AM, and there were already around 20 people seated and enjoying their meals.

If you’re a sushi lover, I highly recommend trying the renowned, high-grade Bluefin Tuna here. Arrive early in the morning to avoid long waits and to enjoy the freshest cuts at their absolute best.

Service was good, quality was fine. The sushi bar was booked so we ended up in the basement area which was ok but not a sushi bar experience. We are more familiar with north American sushi restaurants and found the variety of rolls were very limited. Perhaps that's the norm in Japan as opposed to just this restaurant.
