Was struggling to give either 4 or 5 star. Although this is my go-to place whenever I'm in Tokyo, my last visit, it seems the standard had drop just a little. The fact I did not take any photos shows my enthusiasm to indulge into my beloved meal. I found the fish a little over marinated by the mirin( Japanese sweet wine). When you bite into it, the smell and taste of mirin is overpowering. It took away the joy of tasting the fish freshness. I love the eggs and sweet minced chicken bowl. My friends and I were on vacation and we came across this place while walking around and looking for food. I didn't think we would have any issues finding something inside a shopping plaza so we went and looked there. This place is located in the Midtown Tokyo Plaza in Roppongi. We came at 20:15 just shortly before they close so we didn't have to wait that long. Their meal is based on whatever the fish of the day is.
