Wonderful staff and service, loved the decor and aesthetic. The prices are more than fair. The quality of the fish and dishes have no comparison with other sushi restaurants we’ve visited in and out of town. Fresh and flavourful meats but they’ve also given tasty care to the vinegar and rice, along with the pickled sides. And to top it off, the creme-brulee-flan dessert is one of the most heavenly things I’ve ever slurped. We were told the simple Saba is like Shimesaba, except of course it wasn’t. And the waitress dared to say it was. Why not simply admitting they didn’t have any instead of securing a sale by lying. Shameful.
