The blowfish tempura bowl is warm and has a fluffy texture with a delicate sweet and salty rich sauce. The blowfish sushi has the chewy texture of white fish and served with citrus sour Ponzu sauce, and only 660yen for 3pieces…! They serves hot tea for free, which warmed my body and soul. In my opinion Fugu isn’t really a tasty fish, i mean if u go to eat Fugu than its only to „have eaten Fugu“. So the taste of the Ponzu etc. you dip the fish into is more important.
That was all good in this restaurant here! The ambient here is reaaally standard, but hey i didn’t die so they do their job right.
