we are just staying in a hotel nearby and me and my friends decided to take dinner within the vicinity. we ate in the 2nd floor and it was able to accommodate all 10 of us. The servers stationed are ALL really nice and friendly. 2 japanese and 1 Filipino. we did not have any difficulty in ordering because they provided us english menu and because of the Filipino server who took care of our needs. However, things got out of hand we ordered food but it took us almost 2 hours before we got all of our food. We arrived around 8:30 pm (Feb 22, 2024) and very slowly got our food before closing time. Also, you should not force your customers to have raw cabbage for appetizer and much more ask for 300 yen for it. Appetizer are usually freely given or if not free, entirely optional.
Good thing is that the servers are friendly and kind that's we were not that annoyed while we stayed there. Food is delicious especially the karaage and the beef and tofu soup. The Sautéed Beef innards are mostly bean sprouts but then again, it tastes good. Wishing there is less bean sprouts and more innards.

The kushikatsu had a light, crispy coating, and every skewer I tried was delicious. I especially enjoyed the pickled ginger and cheese ones.
