Came here because I wanted some chicken breast (oddly hard to find in Japan) and being an American Diner, was hopeful they'd have it.
I asked the waitress and she assured me it was indeed breast meat. But instead I got some really gunky looking dark meat with cartilage and skin. It was also super soggy and dripping oil - not properly fried at all.
Fries also were very soggy and disappointing.
Service was disappointing also. In addition to telling me it was white meat when it wasn't, they also did some weird dance where they came back to say they didn't have chicken, so I said I was OK and would leave (only reason I came was for the chicken), and suddenly she changed her story and said they DID have chicken.

I got a cheeseburger and a coke. My bun was badly burned on one side so my first bites were really disappointing. Once I got past the burnt part it was quite a good burger. The place was inviting and smelled delicious. I ordered the burger (no ketchup).
