We went at 10:50am, there was a small line but two tables were still empty. We got one “matcha oat latte” and one “matcha coconut float,” and one “vegan cookie.”

The matcha oat latte was jaw droppingly good. It’s definitely in my top 5 matcha lattes now (I’m usually a slow drinker but I finished this drink really quickly😋) It was so creamy but the matcha flavor was so prominent. It tasted so much like matcha, and sweet enough but not too sweet.

The matcha coconut float was also good, the coconut gave the matcha a more milky and diluted taste of the matcha (in a good way).

The vegan cookie was quite hard, but the matcha taste was strong. There were raisins in the cookie which were nice, but I feel like it could be better if it was almonds/coconut/granola. It was still really...

To the male staff operating the cashier counter, please be considerate and learn to treat your customers equally. This happened on Friday evening, my girlfriend ordered a matcha latte and sat down to wait for her order. An Asian American lady who sat next to her ordered a drink before my girlfriend and the male staff member told her to sit down and he brought the cup to the Asian American lady. When it is my girlfriend's turn, he told my girlfriend to collect it herself at a separate counter. Luckily the other female staff member brought the cup to my girlfriend. The female staff is a gem. I usually do not write many reviews because I simply do not have the time to, but I must for last night’s experience. I ordered a Matcha Latte with Almond Milk around closing time (8pm). It tasted good. So I actually purchased a bunch of Matcha Latte powders as gifts and also the chocolates. But about 1 hr later, I became extremely nauseous. I vomited three times last night and this morning. This never happened to me in my 41 years of drinking many lattes! I am guessing the almond milk is not as popular as regular milk in Japan and it was left out too long before serving.
