Read moreI visited the store on May 5, Monday, around 5:30 PM. I asked to change my destination, and the staff started shouting at me. I inquired about the bus times to Nagoya because one option was underlined in green and another in red, I did not know if which do I choose from so I asked using google translate. The staff member (a man ) continued to shout at me, I gave a time that I want but he only reply NO! and then another staff member (a quite large man) was talking to him, Eventually, he approached me and kicked me out, insisting that I go to the ticketing machine.
While I was calling my friend to confirm the change in the schedule, the staff member was very disrespectful, acting as if he couldn’t wait.
