【内子濃し　甲羅に宿る　海の香よほぐせば甘し　身もまた宝】 人形町は、上方（大阪・京都）出身の人々が文化を持ち込み、発展してきたという話を、通い慣れた先輩から聞きながらのひととき。家族経営ならではの温かな接客と程よい距離感に包まれて、心地よい時間を過ごしました。 4人での訪問だったため、奥の座敷に案内され、ゆったりとくつろげたのも嬉しいポイント。 コースのようでいて枠にとらわれない、店主のおまかせ料理には、旬の味覚がふんだんに盛り込まれていて、季節の移ろいを五感で楽しませてくれます。 中でも、雌の渡り蟹は格別。濃厚な内子の旨味と、しっとりと甘い身の美味しさが一体となり、忘れがたい一皿となりました。 ◆ ホタルイカ ◆ お刺身盛り合わせ ◆ バイ貝・煮豆・小魚の盛り合わせ ◆ 稚鮎（二尾） ◆ 渡り蟹（雌） ◆ 握り寿司 ◆ しじみの赤出汁 ごちそうさまでした。心も舌も満たされる、粋な夜でした。

We just arrived from the UK and were completely blindsided by how many restaurants close early if they meet their covers. Thank goodness this husband and son took pity on us - what a fantastic experience for us! Stunning, simply stunning sushi - wonderful service from both of them and even spoke a bit of English which helped us. Brilliant evening and great find....
