Other than locational convenience, we had nothing positive to comment on this place. In fact, though we would never imagine to attach the adjectives like awful, terrible, disgusting to any restaurant, this place, based on our dining experience, can be and should be characterized as such. First, when we walked in this place, we had a time limit of two hours, which was unusual for izakaya. We were alright with this since we intended to move along once finishing off the meal. But the dishes we ordered tasted gross. The sashimi was acceptable in terms of presentation, freshness, and serving portion. Then our hearts sank as dishes arrived. The soba noodles was strangely chewy, the grilled Japanese beef was unbecomingly dark, tough, and insipid. The chicken ramen was completely disastrous. The clams were filled with sands and grits and fleshless. The sickeningly amount of chicken grease got congealed on the top layer of broth. But the worst of all was the price, which was insanely expensive (especially given what it offered)! Just an utmost dining terror and people should stay away...
