Yayoiken is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Japan. Fresh, convenient, and reasonably priced food at every location. However I like the layout of this particular restaurant as it is more spacious than most. The staff are friendly and they have a robot assistant. The fried chicken, hamburger steak, fried squid, and tamagoyaki are my favorites. The clam miso soup portion is generous and it is also well worth the upgrade. All the major credit cards and cash are accepted and English is available on the touchscreen. Just follow the prompts and you’ll be able to order easily. This location is also convenient as it is close to Tokyo Metro Ginza Station and JR Yurakucho Station. During peak times, you may have to line up and put your name down on a board. Please keep an eye out for the...

Great little place for traditional home style Japanese meals. To order you simply use the self serve kiosk as soon as you enter. Plus there is a language button so you can change there. Browse through the menu to select your desired items, then you pay at the screen and you can tap your credit card or Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. You'll get a receipt and then suddenly magically a staff member will sit you at your assigned table....because this is the best part a robot will bring your order to your table. So quite cheap option for good size portion food that's easy to order. To get here go up to level 2 and it's roughly in the middle of the hallway amongst a whole bunch of other...

Very kid friendly teishoku home style Japanese cooking restaurant and super affordable. Food is decent and very reasonable prices. Order at the machine and then you can sit at a table or along the wall bar style. I over ordered because we were so hungry, got the chicken, eggplant+seitan, saba, steak, hamburger steak; miso soup and a choice of rice came with every set. The servers were very kind and brought over a kid utensil set for our kid. Water/tea/extra rice was self serve. Ample seating/space in the restaurant. Highly recommend for exhausted traveling...

When you see a line up, the restaurant must be good! Yayoiken is first-come, first-serve. We put our name down but the wait wasn't too long for dinner. We are still getting used to ordering from a machine, which is common practice in Japan! Had their tuna (sliced raw) and rice, as well as an eggplant and fish dish. Our food was brought out by a robot, which was an interesting and fun touch! Food was presented nicely. Our meal for 2 came to under 2000 JPY, which was reasonable.

Decent experience. Visited back in January and had a good time here. I believe we both got winter specials, which were limited time deals. My dish was the beef sukiyaki, which was good. The sukiyaki was salty, savoury, and a bit sweet and all the ingredients absorbed the broth well. All ingredients inside the sukiyaki were of good quality. 4/5. The other dish was fine. Ingredients tasted fresh. 3.5-4/5. The complimentary pickles were also very good.
