Yayoiken is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Japan. Fresh, convenient, and reasonably priced food at every location. However I like the layout of this particular restaurant as it is more spacious than most. The staff are friendly and they have a robot assistant. Browse through the menu to select your desired items, then you pay at the screen and you can tap your credit card or Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. You'll get a receipt and then suddenly magically a staff member will sit you at your assigned table....because this is the best part a robot will bring your order to your table. Read moreVery kid friendly teishoku home style Japanese cooking restaurant and super affordable. Food is decent and very reasonable prices. Order at the machine and then you can sit at a table or along the wall bar style. I over ordered because we were so hungry, got the chicken, eggplant+seitan, saba, steak, hamburger steak; miso soup and a choice of rice came with every set. The servers were very kind and brought over a kid utensil set for our kid. Water/tea/extra rice was self serve. Ample seating/space in the restaurant. Highly recommend for exhausted traveling...
