Yoshida’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Tokyo

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend of mines father. The location is tucked away in a cute area in Shibuya, even in the heart of Tokyo it offered a nice quiet and refined environment.

The restaurant is run by a couple with one of them acting as the sommelier. The food, the pairings, the service were all lovely. Really enjoyed the attention to detail in each dish and the atmosphere and the staffs uniforms felt like we were transported to a little dream world.

This restaurant is one of Tokyo's hidden treasures. My wife and I were warmly hosted by the couple who run this bistro.

For lunch, there is a course menu that you can choose one of the three options of main dish. The meal was delicious: salad, their signature bread, soup, main dish, desert, and coffee.

The easiest way to classify their cuisine may be French cuisine. But, I think it should be classified as modern European cuisine with the finest Japanese ingredient.
