DINING RESTAURANT KITEKI SAKURAGICHO — Restaurant in Yokohama

Menu stated ¥2500 dinner set, it has a cold dish appetiser, 3 meat platter and a pasta of your choice. So I ordered one dinner set thinking was ¥2500 added a cherry tomato dish and 2 glasses of beer. Appetiser came in first that’s for sure, supposed to followed y meats platter. The waiter served the pasta instead of platter. Asked the waiter for the platter , he claimed is coming, after my pasta almost done, asked again where is the platter? The waiter says is coming. It came and it doesn’t look like is for one person. After eating, went to make payment. The platter was ¥5000 instead of ¥2500 as stated on the menu. When asked to explained, he says because we have 2 person on at the table the platter is charged by number of people at the table . I find it weird, I told the guy who might be a senior or a manager, he came to say the platter is according to how many people at the table, I told him that wasn’t mentioned . It seems like nowadays , younger generations are not as polite and patience as the older generations. The person at the cashier was rude and unhappy to serve me. I will not recommend. The atmosphere of the restaurant was okay, but it stopped there.

My wife ordered the omurice for our sin as soon as we sat down. About 10 minutes later, we ordered our food. Our food and drinks had been served and all eaten, but the omurice still had not arrived. Luckily, we gave our son so.e fries, which weren't that great (how does one mess up fries?) to keep him calm. When we asked where the dish was, they brought it out about 5 minutes later. I wouldn't have thought much of it, but they also brought the same dish to the patrons next to us. They had ordered about 15 mins after we were eating, so it seems they forgot to make our dish. This place is a good cafe and bar. In the morning they provide breakfast for hotel guests. The buffet is great! You can choose regular breakfast and Yokohama original foods. The coffee is great!
