Tsukiji Tamazushi Minatomirai — Restaurant in Yokohama

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a new sushi restaurant in my area. The restaurant is small and intimate, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is simply delicious.

The sushi was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fish was perfectly fresh, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The rolls were creative and flavorful, and the sashimi was simply melt-in-your-mouth good.

Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at this new sushi restaurant. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great sushi experience.

Nice restaurant in a nice area. There is a lot of parking and fairly close to a subway.

Two in our party ordered all you can eat and the third person ate ala carte. The all you can eat was interesting because the give a plate of their choices to start. After that you can order what you want. The set plate was a good mix of sushi favorites. The ala carte order came out quickly and was very good.

Unfortunately, after the initial order it took very long for subsequent sushi orders to get to the table. We couldn't help but think that was too limit the number of sushi that could be ordered for the all you can eat.

The sushi was excellently prepared and the ingredients used were great! Plenty of choices for the lunch buffet option, and it's a nice touch that the miso soup is included for all you can eat.

Service was great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait (~10 minutes) in between orders, but it was also a chance to rest the stomach a bit ;)

For those who don't understand Japanese, there are English inscriptions included on the menu with pictures. You just have to find the matching Kanji on the order sheet. You can order up to 20 pieces of sushi on the left side, and up to 10 nigiri sushi on the right. Also included are today's...
