The absolute best place to eat Unagi (eel). Excellent service and the best quality food with a beautiful variety of Unagi dishes paired with an exquisite variety of Japanese sake. The staff and owner are excellent in both service and cooking. The quality is so unbelievable good that is might even convert those disliking or those unsure about unagi to true lovers of this cousin. The atmosphere is very elegant and clean. An excellent eel restaurant, small and cosy, host by an extremely kind chef, who is totally passionate about his cooking. His dishes are little works of art. Among other things, I had the eel cookpot served in mushrooms and veggies' broil, and the eel, cooked in 15 seconds, was very tender and tasty. Have the rice supplement into broil once you have finished eating the eel. Yummmm ! HIGHLY recommended... but you have to make reservations as there are only 4 tables +...
