The best seafood risotto I’ve had thus far. The seafood bisque was incredibly flavorful, with the parmigiana powder (?) sprinkled on top totally maxing out the umami. But you do want to let them know if you want it al dente (with a lil raw center) or well done (which I assume more mushy). Either way didn’t come in my way of enjoying the dish, but I think many might have a strong inclination (or resistance) towards one of the style. The complimentary starter—berry/berry sauce with Gorgonzola cheese—was much more interesting than I thought. Not just the kinda chemistry of a cross-marriage between sweet and salty, but the cheese flavor is complex (while not overly strong like normal Gorgonzola). Loving it. The complimentary olives (and bread) was well made too! Especially the green one, brought me back to Italy instantly. The service attitude was wonderfully pleasant and helpful too. I have to say the whole visit was close to perfect. That said, the 100% Varlhona cacao does taste a bit too dilute and weak to my palate.

Мы приходим в « такого уровня» ресторан, чтобы получить обслуживание высокого уровня, и вкусно покушать, верно? Так вот, тут к сожалению этого Вы и Ваши друзья можете не получить. Рассказываю. У подруги день рождения. Зарезервировали столик, все хорошо, спасибо пожалуйста. Ее долго не могли найти в списке, но видимо с силами Всевышнего им это удалось. Встретить гостя и проводить за столик? Нууу неееет, не слышали мы про такое. Знай своё место и ищи сам, нищеброд, ещё чего! Заказали выпить, официант, подающий высокие надежды посоветовал проссеко, взяли. Далее, маленький пунктик, который не так весом, но все же… с закусками всегда подаётся хлеб с оливковым маслом, официант у нас уточнил- нестииии? Мы дружно и хором « несииите!» хлеб был у каждого на столе, но не у нас! Возможно, товарищ официант просто поберёг наши фигуры, но это не точно. Далее, пришла наша третья подружка, ессестна ее никто не встретил, спасибо 21ому веку и телекоммуникации, созвонилось да и зрение , благо, есть, нашлась! Подойти налить новому гостю вино? Спросить будет ли она что-то? Ну, зачем, жрать сюда что ли пришла? Дома, дорогая, поешь. Далее, пункт ваза для цветов- миссия невыполнима!!!! Забегая вперёд, я не понимаю ПОЧЕМУ в данном ресторане каждый столик не закреплён за ОДНИМ официантом! Тебя обслуживают несколько. Так вот, ваза… нам ее не несут, девушка официант обслуживает другой столик, мы просим ее, « можно ли нам вазу, или нашего официанта?» в ответ « да», и она уходит, обслуживает тихим сапом других, но вазы для цветов по прежнему у нас не имеется. Подходит наш официант, который подавал надежды, но зажопил нам хлеб и нам удалось выклянчить вазу! Спасибо пожалуйста. Следующий пункт, но мы офигели все. Когда пришла наша четвертая дама, прошло уже какое-то время, к нам подходит девушка официант, ну та самая, которая с вазой не дошла, берет значит бутылку с ледяного ведра… догадываетесь , что было дальше? Именно, мои милые читатели! Она обливает нашу даму, нет не вином, а тем что с ведра. Я не знаю, бл* ть, как это объяснить, но существует полотенце, в которое официант обязан обвернуть бутылку после ведра со льдом, дабы не закапать , допустим, дорогое платье гостя. Надо говорить, что мы даже не услышали « извините»? Ну, вы поняли. Подача блюд. В ресторанах, от мало до велика, от разных уровней существует единое ЗОЛОТОЕ правило - официант узнавая заказы от гостей, договаривается с кухней , дабы все блюда были в одно время! И, если у тебя более двух тарелок, ты просишь коллег и вы вместе относите блюда,чтобы сразу у всех гостей ОДНОВРЕМЕННО были блюда на столе. Но, это правило не распространяется на ресторан « Riviera”! Сидите, смотрите друг другу в рот. Ладно, по еде. Конечно мы очень расстроенны обслуживанием, но нужно отметить и положительные стороны данного заведения. Так вот, нууу, не плохо. Ничего особенного конечно, но не плохо. Хотя, одна из нас сказала, что грибешки не очень, но тут , как сказать на любителя. В общем и целом, чем я хочу закончить данное количество букв. Уважаемое руководство ресторана, наймите человека, который обучает официантов. Вы наверно не знаете, но такие есть. И они оооочень помогают!Если вы не знаете, у меня есть пару контактов, и я с удовольствием помогу! :) Надо ли говорить , что мы больше не придём? Конечно нет. в день рождения, хотелось почувствовать себя комфортно и что ты, важный гость ( это я про именинницу) , Но нет. Всем спасибо, кто дочитал, а ресторану « спасибо»...
