We went to Jing Bin Lou as four people and wanted to eat separate dishes, since one of us is a vegetarian. However, this is not possible since you can only get main dishes for 2 or more people. On top of that you always have to order additional rice, if you want any (which is another 5 Euro for two people). To us this seemed really scammy as the dishes are for 1 - 2 people, meaning as one person it is too much but as two people you definitely need rice or other dishes making everything really expensive, which would be acceptable, if the food quality was good. However, the opposite is the case. The food was just fried vegetables / chicken with a cheap slimey sauce which made everything super soggy in seconds and close to a level where the food would have to be considered non-edible.
The service didn't convince either. Upon request there was no way to get any smaller dishes for one person.
Should you ever be forced to eat there, choose two portions of rice and add soy sauce. This is probably the best tasting...

However portions are well sized and one small portion with 1-2 side dishes is enough for 2 people to eat.
Overall positive experience. Perhaps general atmosphere could be improved but that is a purely matter of taste.
