Carré Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Vilnius

After 3 years… 2024 - We came here because it was a great place in 2021. Very unfriendly staff. Starters were with main courses…even we informed about starters for everyone. For one person one dish was mixed up- no excuses at all and even they asked to keep it 😡😡 Our bill was 210 EUR (20 EUR we wanted to leave, because it was a special day for us..) The administrator very rude said - “go to bank for change” Really???? So not recommend this place any more.

And the last one - wish dirty plates were sittings last 30 minutes!!! And even no one didn’t take an empty gasses after we came… (juices, limonada we took when we came) 2021 - Great location and fancy interior ⭐️ We loved it Everything was tasty and a huge compliment to their cocktails. The place looks lovely but the service is absolutely shocking! First time going and I'm sure it may be my last time. We felt like we were a burden to the servers. Which in fact without us customers going, they wouldn't have a job there. The desserts we had there were dry and definitely not made fresh. I would say the drinks were okay for the price. I have been in the industry as a manager for over 6 years and I would say they wouldn't have jobs there if it was my place of work. We asked for the bill from one rude young lad, still didn't receive it after 15 minutes of sitting there so we ended up going to the bar where 2 girls were just on their phones ignoring the quiet atmosphere. They didn't know where we were sat to give us the bill even though the place was quiet. The only good person there was the gentleman standing at the front which I presume...

Carre is probably the best place to visit during the warmer months when their massive terrace is open for business. I don’t recommend any of their cocktails served in massive glasses. They taste below average. Food is 5 stars for sure. Service is up to a high standard. However, the music can be way too loud for a lounge. That usually happens when they have a DJ playing. Impossible to have a nice relaxing conversation with music blasting that loud. Asked a waitress to speak to the DJ about lowering the volume. She said that she will have a word with the DJ but never did as I watched her continue going about her normal business. Me and 2 of my friends ended up leaving to go to...
