We had the nasi lemak ayam berempah, nyonya fried mee, and fried chicken with nyonya sauce.

Food was average at best. Felt the ayam berempah bits were not crispy. It was as though it had already been sitting out for too long. The sauce for the fried chicken was oily and too sweet for my liking. The prawns in the mee goreng were not fresh, and the overall dish was salty.

Your staff are friendly but the biggest drawback? Extremely slow service. We ordered 3 drinks for 3 pax. 2 drinks came at almost the same time, but the 3rd drink did not come until we reminded them after some time of waiting. Mind you, the dining room was practically empty, with our table and another being occupied, as we came in during non-peak hours at around 3-4pm. This reflects poorly as you can't even get 1 singular table right. If there are 3 pax, staff should be mindful of how many orders of drinks have to be sent out.

Ambience was typical for most restaurants in the area. But for the food you pay and the service you get, you are literally just paying for the ambience and nothing else. You can definitely find better, delicious food elsewhere even without the ambience and the high price tag.

My family had the displeasure of encountering a rude lady while dining here. She had been there before we came in. My mom is recovering from a cold and has a cough. She kept turning around, staring at our family, and giving my mother a look. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then, she interrupted our meal by telling my mother to "cover your mouth when you need to cough. You are spreading germs around." She spoke in Mandarin, and we were extremely shocked and stunned by this encounter. When we left, she kept staring at us with a smug expression.

Safe to say, we will not be returning here. We later found out that this lady is one of the owners of this restaurant. We were appalled as she was not customer but was telling new customers to "stop spreading germs". We paid nearly RM100 for this mediocre meal and poor experience. I wish your...

Worst dining experience. After order and all, I request to borrow a pen. The waitress said ok, and will come back. After waiting for more than 5 mins, I look for her again, only to hear her respond, sorry, we have no pen. Like you cannot come and tell me that? I have to come and look for you and ask again? Alrite, that’s one thing.

Another thing, I ordered 4 things. Fish & Chip (Totally not recommended, soggy batter, like using the normal breadcrumb without any initiative to make it better, chicken popcorn is quite nice and smoked duck pizza). Let me tell u about the pizza, when I was there, there’s only 2 new customers including my table. So, it shouldn’t take long to make 1 pizza. I have to wait for frigging 30 mins for them to make 1, while another big group of customer came and had their food on the table already.

I cancel my pizza, but 1 waitress (chinese) good enough to calm us down. Despite everything, she’s the only one who said sorry and just give us the pizza to go.

High price, below average taste, average portion.

The Bad. Let's start with the nasi lemak. Rice had very little lemak, taste close to white rice. Chicken was dry. Portion was average but price was high. Next is the fish and chip. From the picture it looked good, big portion of fish and wedges. Take note: wedges. For RM28 i expected more. Fish was mushy. Was served with french fries despite stated wedges in the menu, wasn't good fries either, normal ordinary frozen fries. Overall price was high for the portion and quality of the food we got. Prices in the menu doesn't include tax so ready your wallet before you enter. There's better cheaper nasi lemak around the block, literally.

The Good.

Service was fast. Nice atmosphere. That's it.

Conclusion.

I wouldn't come again for the food. Everything i ate was below average and nothing special. However i would come for the coconut pudding. That was nice and something i can't get anywhere else.
