I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The mee siam with sambal squid that I ordered was not only overly spicy, but it completely overpowered the other flavors in the dish. As a self-proclaimed spice enthusiast, I was excited to try this dish, but unfortunately, it was a total letdown.

The sambal squid itself was cooked well, with a nice char on the outside and tender flesh inside. However, the problem lies in the sauce that accompanied it. The "spicy oil" you advertised as a flavor enhancement turned out to be an overpowering assault on my taste buds. I could barely taste any other flavors in the dish due to the sheer heat of the sauce. It was like someone had taken a bottle of hot sauce and poured it directly into the mee siam, without any consideration for the other ingredients or my own personal tolerance level.

I understand that spicy food can be enjoyable, but this dish was taken to an extreme. It was like you took a perfectly good meal and deliberately ruined it with an excessive amount of heat. I could feel my mouth burning and my sinuses throbbing after each bite. It was truly unpleasant and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I hope you can take my complaint into consideration and adjust the seasoning of your dishes accordingly. Perhaps you could offer a "spicy level" option on your menu, so customers like me can choose how much heat they want in their meals. Until then, I will have to exercise caution when ordering from...

If you’re in KK, you’ll want to come here for a relaxing slow breakfast with comfy vibes. Expect the price to be upper mid range but it’s worth it. The sum is greater than its parts. Worst food and customer service. Unhygienic, lacking of customer care. I've purchased nasi lemak curry ayam today via grab service but there was a foreign substance ( worm ) on my nasi lemak. I've had eaten it and had diarrhea stomachache. I work as a doctor, I went to work empty stomach and due to this issue I had to have my toilet break at work every half and hour. Such a stressful day to start my work . The manager of the shop nadiah dialed me up and agreed for compensation of food and to be delivered at 5pm today. But even after that, there were no followup, no initiative regarding the compensation or even an empathy that they're customer has not eaten the whole day. I had to ask them and the answer was they're out of the food I've requested....
