Bad service! Went to this shop last night to get some ice-cream! However, when we arrived at that store the employees were leaning on the wall and waiting for us to initiate the order. After ordering, I went to make payment in cash, the order was 13.90 and I paid Rm15 for the order. She afterwards ask me if I have 10 cent with me which I check and notify her that I don’t. She became frustrated and sounded very rude in commenting “tak ade 10 cent ka”? Like was I supposed to have 10 cent with me all the time if I want to purchase something? She then gave me Rm1 back as change and that is when I realise something is wrong I asked why did she not pay me 10 Cent back she said she asked for another 10 cent so she can pay me back 20 cent because she does not have 10 cent now in her cash drawer. She then gave me the look that she is looking down on me and asked do you need the 10 cent? It is not the matter of 10 cent but the matter of your customer service! I went there for my enjoyment of ice cream and not for the attitude of your shop employee! Is that my problem that your shop does not have 10 cent? Then you should just pay me 20 cent or find a solution to solve the problem! Read moreI visited llaollao last Saturday (20/9/25) , and i would like to report an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members.
There was a malay staff on duty (i didnt manage to see her nametag but her looks is kinda like makcik). Before we entered the shop, i noticed her PUTTING HER FINGER INSIDE HER MOUTH, and she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AFTERWARDS before serving the customers. This is extremely unhygienic and very concerning especially for a foo establishment! Please ensure your staff are reminded to wash their hands frequently and maintain a proper hygiene while handling food.
On top of that, the staff's attitude was VERY RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. After we paid by card, the system is a bit slow in processing the payment, so we walked away not realizing the transaction hadn't gone through yet. Instead of calling us back politely, she shouted "OI OI" at us?!!!! That kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
As paying customers, we expect proper hygiene, manners and basic courtesy from your staff. I truly hope llao llao will take action and provide better training to ensure this does not happen...

The side eye glances and unfriendly behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. Customers come to spend their own money and not theirs and not to be treated poorly like this.
