RH Kopitiam — Restaurant in Borneo

Ordered coffee from The Brew Crew and food from RH Kopitiam. The Borneo and Vietnamese coffee were great, and the barista even took the time to explain the drinks and beans to us.

For food, we got the dinner combo with pasta and grilled chicken. The pasta was okay but could be better if cooked al dente. The grilled chicken, though, was a burnt, dry, and had a weird smell. They replaced it, but it still tasted off, possibly from an unclean griller. On the bright side, the black pepper sauce and fries were good.

RH Kopitiam at this outlet needs to improve food quality. Their Lutong branch was much better! But the location and ambiance...

Wrong order. Ask if the item is available , was replied available. However came out different item. When query , the staff admitted item not available but still simply came out with different item without the consent of customer. Staff can’t handle the situation . Ordered one drink and gave me two . Food is terrible . Expensive and too simple for the price charged. Can’t even justify price to what is served. Zero training for staff, bad food and bad service. Food was nice. Bad service from the cashier. Bad attitude. When i ask for the amount of the bill she just said 'tengok kat screen tu ada price. And when i ask to pay with online payment she just replied ' tu ada itu mae online' . No thank you what so ever. Like seriously please train your employee to be more polite next time ya.
