Cool Blog Prangin Mall — Restaurant in George Town

Hi .. Would like to highlight the dissatisfied of the staff service , by the time i reached the coolblog outlet is around 9pm exactly , as I approached the counter to order the staff told me that it's already closed , I was so curious since I checked on Google the timing before I come down to the outlet however the staff who told me that it's closed but still can bake waffles for the boyfriend ! Closed means by the time you should be doing the closing right , but there is no signage of doing closing to crosscheck about it I had call one of the manager from Bj complex where he told me that all of the outlet should close at 10pm and not 9pm .. Dear management please take a look in this matter , just because you wants to go back on time don't close the outlet earlier it's not easy for person like me to travel...

Ordered cool blog coffee waffle but got butter normal waffle, the chocolate is premium but I guess there's no choices to it's waffle, it says there are 3 choices, butter, coffee and pandan, but they are just giving their customers butter waffle choice. And the hazelnut chocolate waffle I ordered is plus extra hazelnut, it's not supposed to be just single coated chocolate on the waffle, it should be 2 spreads, meaning 2 layers and thick! The number for me to pick up was even written wrongly! The man who made my waffle and wrote the number on the plastic bag were upside down... He can't...
