I went there to get two footlong sandwiches... I understand that restaurant do not run the same as before pandemic but my experience here was very upsetting.
The male staff that attended to me was very impatient and does not have customer service skills at all.
I often visit subway but this was not a good experience.
After selecting the bread I requested for cheese to be placed on all the sandwiches. But he did not place cheese first. Just stood there and ask me what is the ‘menu’ I want. I told Him if he could place the cheese first. No. Tell me the ‘menu first’. Are we no longer allowed to “build our own sandwich in subway”?
I left without getting any subway as I felt what is the point of going on with my order if I would need to just keep repeating my self and not get what I want.
