This will be my first bad review for Coffee Bean. Two of the servers looked like they didn’t want to be there. After ordering, we inquired about the Chinese New Year ang pau on display. The server mentioned we needed to spend a certain amount to qualify, and we were just $3 short. It was disappointing that this wasn’t communicated earlier. When we asked if we could add something to reach the required amount, they refused. Throughout the interaction, the staff remained expressionless and unhelpful. Overall, it was a poor service experience.

De jongeman en en dame die vandaag om 21.30 dienst draaiden zijn zo aardig. Ondanks dat ze de koffieautomaat hadden schoongemaakt hebben ze voor ons een uitzondering gemaakt en een cappucino gemaakt. Andere koffiewinkels weigerden nog koffie te maken, maar deze niet. We hadden ons al gehaast omdat we wisten dat de winkels om 22.00 dicht gingen. Heel erg bedankt !

There is one lady staff here, which is quite rude. I asked properly about promotion drink and she shows me her sour face. I was the only customer at that time. The management please train your staff properly. Be kind to...

Please listen carefully to what customers want. Is it that hard to reduce sugar and upsize?? Keep saying yes, but the result turned out to be different. Definitely more staff...
