Read moreCame here for the first time & I'm disappointed. Many stalls not open. Drinks & food I tried were average. Chai kuih skin too chewy, mengkuang quite bland. Popiah was terrible. Very stingy with ingredients. Can't believe I paid RM4.50 for like 2 spoons of mengkuang & a sprinkle of tofu & fried garlic. So ridiculous. I think no dried shrimp were used so that's why the popiah & chai kuih were not fragrant. Not recommended. Hokkein mee doesn't taste like Hokkein mee. Kopi o kaw & ambra juice were watery. Prices here are mostly higher than elsewhere. Other food I've not tried might be good so this review is solely based on the food & drinks my parents & I had during our visit. With so many better quality food in Penang, this is definitely...
Read moreYES..a big YES to my favourite coffee shop.. The place is spacious and airy with many fans placed high enough overhead..the food stalls are so varied and each one is surprisingly good..you must try it for yourself. With about 20 food stalls for your liking..wahh..just Rambang Mata.. definitely I will be there for my daily meals..but due to the Covid-19 situation, the business is not as it should be.
