I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beans Factory, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Nestled in a cozy corner, this dessert shop strikes the perfect balance between trendy design and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, thanks to the calming neutral tones and modern, minimalistic decor. The wooden accents and soft lighting add a rustic touch, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
One of the first things that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the design. The illuminated signage is subtle yet effective, drawing your attention without being overpowering. The entire interior feels well thought out, from the neatly arranged shelves with jars and ingredients to the clean, organized counter setup. It’s a space that invites you to stay and enjoy your time, rather than just grab something and leave.
Now, onto the most important part — the desserts! Simply put, they were divine. Each dessert is clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors reflect that. The presentation was on point, too — every dish looked as good as it tasted. The desserts were the perfect combination of rich flavors and light textures, offering just the right amount of sweetness without being too heavy. Whether you’re a fan of traditional flavors or looking for something unique, their menu offers a wide variety of options that cater to different palates. The care and precision that went into crafting each dessert was evident with every bite.
The service at Beans Factory was another highlight. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met without being intrusive. It’s clear that they take pride in providing not just great food, but also an exceptional customer experience. From the moment you place your order to when your dessert arrives at the table, everything is done with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. This level of service really adds to the overall experience, making it more than just about the desserts — it’s about feeling cared for in a warm environment.
Another bonus is the shop’s atmosphere. Whether you’re here solo, with friends, or even working on your laptop, the vibe is ideal for a laid-back afternoon. There’s just something about the quiet hum of conversation, the comfortable seating, and the pleasant aroma of freshly prepared desserts that makes time slow down. It’s the perfect retreat from the busyness of everyday life.
In conclusion, Beans Factory is more than just a dessert shop — it’s a full experience. From the beautiful, carefully designed space to the mouthwatering desserts and fantastic service, it ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a new favorite dessert spot. I will definitely...
Read moreI came here for the first time and I find the dessert to be very good. I ordered a DaHongPao shaved ice series. It was awesome. The ice is shaved very finely, the toppings can be changed. It's not too sweet. The taro balls are firm and chewy.
One thing I didn't like was the ordering system. Nothing to do with the cashier. It was the customer before me. Not only did she come in a large group. She took forever to order 4 items. After ordering the first item to 'lock their position', halfway through they went on to discuss what they want to order. It was so annoying. It took them approx 10mins to complete the whole order. Then payment, there was no payment by card option, then they took another 1 to 2 mins to find the suitable candidate with enough ewallet balance to perform the transaction.
All in all, the experience wasn't very good due to this ordering system. I hope they can put up a QR code at the table. Then ordering via the QR code. One of the main reasons being the extensive menu. People might need time to think about what to order.
Parking is ample if you park further and walk here. It gets crowded at night. Decent ambiance, decent space between tables and chairs. Dessert is good.
