Was served a very expensive Durian Cendol that was made with stale shaved ice pre shaven a day ago and kept in the fridge. The ice had slow melted and moulded into a hard block and was barely spoon able. The flavour and texture was horrible not the mention the appearance. Apparently the staff have no idea what makes a good cendol but has already started to learn the lazy and a fast way to loose customer. Self hygiene another major concern. Service staff not masked up. Soiled shirts. Openly coughing into the food. Horror story...

I recently tried Akaka Milkaholic, which is touted as the original cendol Melaka, and I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. While I had high hopes for a rich, flavorful experience, the fragrance of the gula Melaka was lacking. I found the dessert to be a little watery, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. Outstanding cendol, exemplary service. The staff were very patient to recommend and explain the various kinds of cendol options to us. The portion size was even larger than I expected. Very fresh and fragrant gula melaka and coconut milk. Durians were just right. Very flavourful and creamy. The mochi rice and sago balls were a pleasant surprise 😮 🫢 😋.
