👍🏼 Nice ambience, comfortable seating and “powerful” 💪🏼 aircon (it’s great relief for a hot humid day, not so much when it rains).

We ordered the Coconut choux aka creme puff @6.90rm & Mango Sago pana cotta @16.90rm! 5 ⭐️ for their desserts and tastiness but minus 1 for the price. It’s rather pricey, compared to say bubble tea or other local dessert options in the area. Not sthg one can enjoy and buy everyday. Would recommend to try the pana cotta but share with your family/friends… It’s a big portion, an entire coconut (Good for 2-3pax). I 💕 desserts but I couldn’t finish it by myself. Anyway, sharing good food is a joy btw friends. The choux pastry is still crisp and quite fresh (not soggy). It’s likely they pipe in the cream filling after you place order, I am guessing. Drinks were really great. But that's not the key, their books selections are really really good. If you appreciate books, you'll love the collections they have there.

Unfortunately, the book collections were mainly in mandarin. So limited options if you arent mandarin literate.

Also to note, the seating spaces were really limited. It was subdivided in the interior into 2 sections. With the enclosed area inside to be for studying/reading/working. That makes the main middle segment of the shop semi-spacious without sufficient sittings. Would have been great to maximize the seats available.

Place opens till 12am, so it can be a haven for students cramping for their exams, or simply a nice reading cafe with that great collection of books.

A surprisingly good find in Mount Austin. Quiet quaint little book place. If you don't mind some Chinese self help book reading and chill with a cuppa coconut based coffee and other types of specialty drinks, this is the place. Quiet and peaceful! If you need something like the usual latte or cappuccino, this is not the place for you! The specialty coffee is the main attraction! I've ordered coconut latte and it's sooooooo good! The cold version comes with sago too! Your otherwise different "bubble". They have different types of coconut milkshakes as well! Come explore when you are here!
